A little about me....

My profound interest lies in the holistic approach to healing through alternative therapies and medicines. Throughout the years, I have encountered significant stress from various life challenges, which I have addressed using holistic methods such as reiki, homeopathy, acupuncture, craniosacral therapy, kinesiology, reflexology, massage, herbs, and oils. While I have also used antibiotics for general health issues in the past, I now prioritize natural remedies whenever possible. By embracing a natural approach, I have maintained good health and well-being.

Stress can manifest in various ways, impacting sleep, causing aches and pains, IBS, headaches, fatigue, and overall disrupting daily life at work, home, and in relationships with family and loved ones.

The fundamental question arises: why do individuals experience certain ailments or conditions, and what factors contribute to their aches and pains? It is essential to consider the holistic perspective, examining the body comprehensively across all levels.

My journey into holistic health began in 2002 with Massage Therapy, which I found very beneficial having suffered bad Whiplash following a car accident.  Experiencing the positive effects of massage motivated me to pursue further studies in massage therapy and related fields.  I went on to become a qualified Massage Therapist (ITEC), an Internationally Qualified Emotionally Aromatherapy Practitioner from Cambridge College of Holistic Health, and a Reiki Master/Practitioner (Tera Mai). As a Wellness Advocate for doTERRA Essential Oils, I promote natural medicine. Additionally, I am a member of RHA (Reiki Healing Association) and have participated in various workshops on holistic therapies, emphasizing the importance of continuous learning in our field.  Most recently I'v added Systematic Kinesiology - this is another amazing holistic therapy that uses muscle testing to look at imbalances that may be causing disease in the body.  Finding imbalances focusing on 4 areas known as MCPE - Mental Chemical Physical and Energetically.  Systematic Kinesiology is powerful because it aims to cure the root cause of symptoms, restoring the body to balance and harmony.  It targets the root, rather than simply masking the symptoms.

So for an overall balanced health - i engage all modalities - treatments can vary to suit the individual - but finding what works best at the time.

We all face challenges and uncertainties in life, often questioning the purpose of it all. Throughout my personal journey and ongoing growth, I have encountered inspiring individuals who have supported and motivated me to believe in myself and pursue my passions using alternative and complementary methods. By delving deep into the root causes of issues and exploring Reiki, Emotional Aromatherapy and Kinesiology, I have found a powerful synergy between all practices. My dedication to this alternative approach drives my passion for assisting clients in navigating physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual transitions effectively and holistically. Each treatment is carefully customized to meet the unique needs of every individual, ensuring they receive the most suitable and beneficial approach.
